| Program Guidelines |
Hank Lloyds Tennis charges a nominal fee ($30) as a deposit to enter the
demo program. You are allowed to try 2 racquets at a
time for 1 week (7 days from the receiving date) and the deposit will allow you to try
racquets for a 2-month period. When you decide on the racquet that best suits your game,
you receive $30 off of the purchase of a new racquet (WE WILL GUARANTEE the LOWEST RACQUET
PRICE!!!). So essentially if you buy a racquet, FEELING THE EXPERIENCE will be FREE!!!

| Shipping Charges |
|
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs (UPS 2nd Day Air) to and from Hank Lloyds
Tennis. All you need to do when you are done with the racquets is to take them to a UPS service center in the
original box with the pre-packaged return shipping label. Shipping charges are based on distance and the size
of the package (shipping charges are not refunded on the price of a new racquet).

| What happens if the demos are late? |
|
Hank Lloyds wants as many people to try the demos as
possible, so we please request you send your demos back on time.We will send you a reminder email a day
before the racquets are due to help assist you in the return process.If the racquets are received late, a $2.00
per day per racquet late fee will be charged (these fees are non-refundable and
do not apply towards the purchase of a new racquet).If the racquets are 2 weeks past due, we will
charge you for the full price of the racquets (your deposit will not be
applied).

| Why do we charge? |
|
After 20 years in the business, we have found to allow everyone a fair chance to
try all of our demo racquets that we need to charge a nominal fee. This helps to weed out what we
call the "career demo guys" who always have racquets checked out but are never serious about buying
a new racquet. So the people who really want to buy a new racquet are more able to try the racquets
that they are looking for. The nominal fee also allows us to keep the demos in great shape by regularly
putting in new strings and grips.
